4. Plans & Payments
  • Free and paid plans are available.

  • For paid plans, you agree to complete payment through the available options.

  • We do not provide refunds once a payment is processed unless otherwise stated.

5. Usage Guidelines
  • You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

  • Do not upload any offensive, fraudulent, or copyrighted content without permission.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, and order handling.

6. WhatsApp Integration
  • WhatsApp ordering is facilitated by redirecting the customer to your connected WhatsApp number.

  • We are not affiliated with or responsible for WhatsApp’s platform availability or changes in policy.

7. QR Code Sharing
  • Each restaurant profile gets a unique QR code.

  • You may print or share this QR code for customer access.

  • You are responsible for how and where it is used.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Misuse the system in a way that affects other users

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages from service interruptions

  • Mistakes in order handling by the restaurant

  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateway)
